What Would it be Like?
What to do:
- Show children pictures of animals in their natural habitat, such as fish in a lake.
- Ask children what it would be like to be a fish. Ask additional probing questions, such as, “What would it feel like being a fish? Would it be warm or cold living in water? What would you eat? How would you move about? Show me. Would you want to be a big fish or a little fish? Why?”
