Transition Time Math

What to do:

Think math during transition times. For example, while near the cubbies, ask

children to count different things:

Count the cubbies

Count the cubbies that have a coat hanging in them

Count the coats on the floor!

Count the number of hooks

Count the number of lunch boxes

Etc, etc, etc!
