Scrambled Eggs

Making scrambled eggs can make for a tasty meal as well as a science project.

  1. Crack open an egg, put it in a bowl, and pass it around for everyone to see. Talk about how the egg looks in the bowl. Talk about the yolk.
  2. Then crack open 5-6 more eggs, add salt and pepper (optional).
  3. Let children beat.
  4. Cook in an electric skillet (adults only).
  5. Compare the raw egg and scrambled eggs. Talk about what you did to make them different. Taste the scrambled eggs.

Never taste or eat raw eggs. Only adults should use an electric skillet.
