Scented Mittens
What to do:
- Stack two dryer sheets together.
- Place one hand on the dryer sheets and use a marker to trace a mitten shape around the hand.
- Cut out mitten, keeping both sheets together.
- Using the yarn needle with supervision, sew the dryer sheets together, leaving the bottom open.
This activity needs adult supervision!
Variations:
- After tracing the mitten, sew together using a running stitch and then cut out.
- For younger children, use mitten shapes cut out of wallpaper samples. Use a hole punch to punch holes around the edge of the mitten. Then sew up with yarn and a blunt needle.
