Musical Storytelling
What to do:
- Use a variety of noise makers to illustrate sounds within a favorite story the children like.
- Use drums for thunder, blocks of wood for banging or for knocking-down sounds. A rattle makes good water sounds.
- Allow children to tell and retell the story and use the noise makers to illustrate it.
