What to do:
- Read the story with the children using the story cards. Point out the locations where Maggie and Maurice go, such as inside, outside, in front of and in back of the parade.
- Create your own story by having Maggie and Maurice go other places (to the store, zoo, the train station, etc.), and use other spatial relationships such as:
- Create your own stories using your own characters and situations that use spatial relationships.
