Hunting Bugs

What to do:

  1. Spend some time outside in an area where the children will find or observe some bugs. If possible, catch one or two in a bug jar for observation for a day.
  2. Count the bugs that are observed, put them in categories, paint or draw pictures of them, or pretend to be the bugs.
  3. Let the bugs go at the end of the day.
