Hi-Bear-Nation

What to do:

  1. Place the bag on its side on the table.
  2. Set a piece of drawing paper inside the bag.
  3. For younger children, have them put hand in bag and draw a picture of anything they want.
  4. For older children, first talk with them about how bears usually sleep through the winter. We call this hibernation. Then have them pretend that the bag is a cave and then draw pictures of what they think a bear might dream about as it sleeps all winter.
  5. Remove paper and examine drawing.
