Egg Carton Sorting
What to do:
- Empty egg cartons can be used for sorting small items such as buttons, seeds, or small toys.
- Give children lots of small items, and let them decide how to sort—by color, size, use, etc.
- Chart the results.
- Due to choking hazards, this activity is not intended for children under 3 years of age.
