Caterpillar Creations

What to do:

  1. Children can crumple newspaper and stuff it loosely into a sock.
  2. Have them wind pieces of yarn around the sock in a couple of places to make the caterpillar into moveable segments. Older children can put rubber bands around the sock.
  3. Tie the end of the sock shut with yarn.
  4. Add features with markers or glue on features with older children.
