Bird’s Nest

What to do:

  1. Go outside and ask children to gather twigs, blades of grass (easy after the lawn has been mowed!), and leaves.
  2. Put all of the items into a pile, form into a circle, and make a depression in the middle that is the nest.
  3. Have children sit in the middle and pretend to be mother birds sitting on eggs.
