Bee Game

What to do:

  1. Observe bees on flowers outside. Talk about how their wings help them fly.
  2. Guard against children getting too close in case of stinging.
  3. Create armbands from strips of paper, two per child.
  4. Cut wings from large sheets of paper. Older children can cut out their wings while younger children will need help.
  5. Tape wings onto arm bands.
  6. Children can take turns buzzing from one flower (another child) to another.
  7. Play music and let children “fly” around the room like bees.
