Balancing Act

What to do:

  1. Put an eight foot long, 2” x 4” board on the floor or ground, four inch side down.
  2. Ask children to take turns walking on it with both feet, with one foot on the ground and one on the beam, crawling with one leg and hand on the beam, and so on.
