Animal Homes

What to do:

  1. Take children on a walk around the neighborhood and observe places where animals live (bird nests, squirrel nests, ground hog holes).
  2. Let children draw what they saw or make replicas from natural materials.
  3. Discuss the types of homes and why that animal prefers that home.
