An Artist is Born

What to do:

1. When infants are sitting up at a table or high chair, put a bit of yogurt, oatmeal, ketchup, a squirt of whipped cream, a glob of Jell-O, or a thin layer of flour on the table.
2. Let them “finger-paint” with the goop.
3. Let them feel the texture, and spread it about. It’s a little messy, but you can’t beat the fun.
